Some people simply want peace of mind while other want successful careers. I once coached a retired lady who just wanted to feel comfortable talking within a small group of people. She had always felt a great deal of anxiety whenever she had to speak to more than one person at a time.

We noticed early on that there wasn’t an age-specific group involved in coaching. Even though the majority of people who seek coaching from us at Life Potential Developments are in the 40 to 60 age group, we have coaching clients in all age group. Ronda’s coached an 8-year-old with separation anxiety and a 10-year-old with school anxiety.
And I have coached many people over 60, and the oldest was a lady of 72.
Most baby boomers have climbed through life carrying childhood baggage along, and are more than ready to dump it with the help of a good Life Coach. It’s their time to move on and enjoy peace of mind because they have worked hard for it.
