What is Neuro Linguistic Programming?

Neuro Linguistic Programming

Neuro Linguistic Programming, often known as NLP, came from the work of Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the early 70s. Richard and John modeled the excellent of those who were considered the best in their field. Virginia Satir, known as the grandmother of family therapy, Fritz Perls, psychotherapist and originator of the Gestalt school of therapy, and Milton Erickson, a world-famous hypnotherapist who brought hypnotherapy into the medical field and helped over 30,000 people in his career.

They modeled these patterns and techniques so others could use them to create outstanding results for themselves and achieve excellence in everything they do.
Neuro Linguistic Programming was also modeled from Ivan Pavlov’s conditioned response which is knowing as anchoring in NLP. The processes of Neuro Linguistic Programming started their use in therapy, but have grown in it’s application into business, health, sports, advertising, sales, education and coaching.

Neuro Linguistic Programming stands for:

Neuro is your brain or mind and your nerves system. Linguistic is the language we use in Programming our mind. Whether we are on top of the world or not depends on the programs we run in our mind. Neuro Linguistic Programming, NLP for short, is the fastest way to change these programs from dis-empowerment to empowerment by changing unwanted habits, ineffective strategies that hold you back from achieving the outcomes you desire!

Ask yourself this question: What habits, strategies or programs am I running that once changed will have me living my life to my potential?
It’s not a matter of if NLP can improve your life, it’s a matter of how much you want it to improve your life.
