Money-Back Guarantee For Training
We offer a No-Risk 100% Money Back Guarantee on our NLP Practitioner Training Online and our NLP Master Practitioner Training Online.
If you pay in full and are unhappy with our training, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full 100% refund.
If you pay per module and are unhappy with our training. In that case, you will receive a 100% refund of your last module payment upon contacting us within 30 days of the last payment.
Example: #1
You can cancel your training and get your money back for the last module you received. For example, if you choose the payment plan option, you sign up for the program, receive the first module, and decide it’s not what you want. Contact us before receiving the second module, and we will stop the program and give you a full 100% money back for that module.
Example #2:
If partway through the NLP Training, you decide you don’t want to continue, contact us and we will stop the program and give you your money back for the last module you received.
You will always have 30 days to decide, so feel comfortable with your decision that your investment is secure.
The exception to the Money Back Guarantee for NLP Training Online:
Example #3:
You stop your training and receive a refund in full or for a module and decide to return to the training at another time, then the money-back guarantee does not apply the second time.
Example #4:
You started the training, received modules 1 through 3, and then contacted us to ask for your money back. We will refund your payment for module 3 and stop further payments. You will still have access to the first two modules you paid for.
If you come back to the training and start the payments again in the future, you will be required to pay for module 3 and will not get a refund for any future modules.
Signs of abuse may result in terminating your account with no money refund.
Sharing account login information will end with immediate, no questions asked, termination of your account. Without Refund!
And, yes, we have systems in place to let us know if you have shared your login information.
Cancellations Of Coaching Appointments
Coaching appointments require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. There will be NO refund for improper notice (less than 48 hours notice is improper).
Refunds for Coaching Appointments
Coaching Appointments: Once payment for a coaching session is received, a time period will be reserved for you. You are then responsible for keeping this coaching session.
If Life Potential Developments cancels the coaching session, the funds may be applied to another coaching session, credit may be held on account for future coaching, or a refund will be issued. There is NO refund for improper notice. See Cancellations for more details.
